Came back from Australia to visit family and had broken my iPod touch screen. Brought it to Next 2 New and they hooked a mate up! Not only did they fix it but, I also got to pick the colour of the face! And forgetting to do it until the last day of my stay, they were quite accommodating to make it happen in the same day! The customer service is amazing, and very professional group of people they have! They will continue to get my business each and every time I’m back home! Thanks staff at Next 2 New!

I have went your company before and its clear that 90% of those comments are fabricated but hey you guys have decent accessories and good deals on them but your phones are not in great shape, and unless desperate for phone do not know who would spend money on your phones. When I visited the nerdy looking manager (or whatever he was) was a dick and quite frankly seemed to be rushing to help me and than when he walked away to answer his own cell phone at least some other kid named brian, brody or something was nice enough to assist me and was quite friendly, think you have good deals just think your average phones and the management will not bring me back but hey thats just one customer you lost!!!!!

I came in to buy a cheap home charger because I lost mine. I got the charger and they also told me they could fix my old phone that Verizon said couldn’t be fixed. So i will be back in for sure to have that done.

It is nice to know that when Verizon says there is nothing they can do for my phone that there is a place that can help. They are always so helpful and knowledgable. When I call though it is hard to get a answer the person that I talked to wasn’t aware of prices or anything. Otherwise in the store they are very helpful.

They listen to what I want in a phone and then hook me up with the perfect one. What else is great, is that they have all the attachments I need for it and will even repair it if it breaks down.
